Ingredients

- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 head broccoli, cut into florets
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add chicken pieces and season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned on all sides.
- Add broccoli florets to the skillet.
- In a small bowl, whisk together chicken broth, soy sauce, honey, and cornstarch.
- Pour the sauce over the chicken and broccoli. Stir to combine.
- Cook, stirring occasionally, until the sauce has thickened and the broccoli is tender-crisp, about 5-7 minutes.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- For a spicier dish, add a pinch of red pepper flakes.
- You can substitute other vegetables like bell peppers or snap peas.
- Serve over rice or quinoa for a complete meal.
