Ingredients

  • 1 head broccoli, cut into florets
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add chicken pieces and season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned on all sides.
  3. Add broccoli florets to the skillet.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together chicken broth, soy sauce, honey, and cornstarch.
  5. Pour the sauce over the chicken and broccoli. Stir to combine.
  6. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the sauce has thickened and the broccoli is tender-crisp, about 5-7 minutes.
