- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, olive oil, and ground ginger.
- Place chicken thighs in a baking dish.
- Pour the honey soy sauce mixture over the chicken thighs, ensuring they are well coated.
- Season with black pepper.
- Bake for 35-45 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Baste the chicken with the sauce a few times during baking.
- Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving.
