- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup key lime juice
- 1 teaspoon key lime zest
- 4 large eggs
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- Bake the crust for 8 minutes.
- Whisk together sweetened condensed milk, key lime juice, zest, and eggs.
- Pour the filling over the warm crust.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the filling is set.
- Let cool completely before cutting and serving.

- For extra flavor, use fresh key limes.
- You can add whipped cream on top before serving.
