- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups fresh blueberries
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/4 cup cold unsalted butter, cut into pieces
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Make the crust: Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into a 9-inch springform pan. Bake for 8 minutes.
- Make the cheesecake filling: Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla.
- Pour filling over crust. Sprinkle with blueberries.
- Make the crumble topping: Combine flour, sugars, butter, and cinnamon. Sprinkle over blueberries.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until set.
- Cool completely before serving.
Notes
- For best results, use room temperature ingredients.
- You can use frozen blueberries, but do not thaw them first.
- Let the cheesecake cool completely to prevent cracking.
