  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups fresh blueberries
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup cold unsalted butter, cut into pieces
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Make the crust: Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into a 9-inch springform pan. Bake for 8 minutes.
  3. Make the cheesecake filling: Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla.
  4. Pour filling over crust. Sprinkle with blueberries.
  5. Make the crumble topping: Combine flour, sugars, butter, and cinnamon. Sprinkle over blueberries.
