These Brie and Cranberry Bites are easy, flavorful appetizers perfect for parties or gatherings. They combine creamy brie with sweet-tart cranberries in a flaky pastry.

- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
- 4 oz brie cheese, rind removed, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
- 1/4 cup cranberry sauce
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
- Flour, for dusting
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Lightly flour your work surface. Unfold the puff pastry sheet.
- Cut the puff pastry into 12 equal squares.
- Place a cube of brie and a small spoonful of cranberry sauce in the center of each pastry square.
- Bring the corners of the pastry together over the filling and pinch to seal, forming a small pouch.
- Place the bites on the prepared baking sheet.
- Brush the tops of the bites with the beaten egg wash.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown and puffed.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- You can use homemade or store-bought cranberry sauce.
- For a touch of sweetness, a drizzle of honey can be added before serving.
