Description

These Brie and Cranberry Bites are easy, flavorful appetizers perfect for parties or gatherings. They combine creamy brie with sweet-tart cranberries in a flaky pastry.


Ingredients

  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
  • 4 oz brie cheese, rind removed, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
  • 1/4 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
  • Flour, for dusting

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Lightly flour your work surface. Unfold the puff pastry sheet.
  3. Cut the puff pastry into 12 equal squares.
  4. Place a cube of brie and a small spoonful of cranberry sauce in the center of each pastry square.
  5. Bring the corners of the pastry together over the filling and pinch to seal, forming a small pouch.
  6. Place the bites on the prepared baking sheet.
  7. Brush the tops of the bites with the beaten egg wash.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown and puffed.
  9. Let cool slightly before serving.
