- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 (14.5 ounce) can diced tomatoes, drained
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
- 1/4 cup chopped red onion
- 1/4 cup chopped black olives
- 1/4 cup chopped bell pepper
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Baguette slices or crackers for serving
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- In a large bowl, mix together cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, and minced garlic until smooth.
- Stir in drained diced tomatoes, fresh basil, red onion, black olives, and bell pepper.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Spread the mixture evenly into a baking dish.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until bubbly and lightly browned.
- Serve warm with baguette slices or crackers.
Notes
- For a spicier dip, add a pinch of red pepper flakes.
- You can add other vegetables like mushrooms or artichoke hearts.
