Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in a slow cooker.
- Top with onion, garlic, diced tomatoes, chicken broth, and Italian seasoning.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, or until chicken is cooked through.
- Shred the chicken with two forks.
- Serve over rice, pasta, or with your favorite sides.
