Description

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Place chicken breasts in a slow cooker.
  2. Top with onion, garlic, diced tomatoes, chicken broth, and Italian seasoning.
  3. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, or until chicken is cooked through.
  5. Shred the chicken with two forks.
  6. Serve over rice, pasta, or with your favorite sides.
