- 1 cup elbow macaroni

Instructions
- Brown ground beef and sausage in a large pot. Drain any excess grease.
- Add onion and garlic. Cook until softened.
- Pour in beef broth and water. Season with salt, pepper, smoked paprika, and garlic powder.
- Bring to a boil, then add macaroni. Cook until tender.
- Stir in cheddar cheese, milk, ketchup, and mustard.
- Heat through until cheese is melted and soup is creamy.
