Ingredients
- Chicken breasts: 4

- Garlic: 2 cloves, minced
- Carrots: 2, sliced
- Celery: 2 stalks, sliced

- Potatoes: 2, diced
- Salt and pepper: to taste
- Thyme: 1 tsp, dried
- Bay leaf: 1
- Green beans: 1 cup
Instructions
- Season chicken with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a pot.
- Brown chicken, then remove.
- Sauté onion, garlic, carrots, and celery.
- Add broth, potatoes, thyme, and bay leaf.
- Simmer for 15 minutes.
- Return chicken to pot.
- Add green beans. Cook until chicken is done.
- Serve hot.
