These Cranberry Cream Cheese Crescent Bites are a simple and delicious appetizer perfect for fall gatherings, Thanksgiving, or holiday parties. They combine tangy cranberries with creamy cheese wrapped in flaky crescent rolls.

- 1 can (8 ounces) refrigerated crescent rolls
- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup whole berry cranberry sauce
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Unroll the crescent dough and separate it into 8 triangles.
- In a small bowl, mix together the softened cream cheese, cranberry sauce, sugar, cinnamon, and salt until well combined.
- Spoon about 1 tablespoon of the cream cheese mixture onto the wider end of each crescent triangle.
- Roll up the crescent dough triangles, starting from the wide end and rolling towards the point.
- Place the rolled bites seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- You can use homemade cranberry sauce if preferred.
- For a sweeter bite, you can sprinkle a little extra sugar on top before baking.
- These can be made ahead and reheated.
