Ingredients

- 1 pound pasta (like fettuccine or penne)
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
- 1 jar (16 ounces) Alfredo sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 cups milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Whisk in flour and cook for 1 minute.
- Gradually whisk in milk until smooth. Bring to a simmer, stirring constantly, until thickened.
- Stir in Alfredo sauce, cooked chicken, salt, and pepper.
- Add the cooked pasta to the sauce mixture and stir to combine.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown.
- Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- You can add cooked broccoli or peas for extra vegetables.
- For a richer flavor, use heavy cream instead of milk.
