Ingredients
- Pasta (e.g., penne): 1 pound
- Chicken breasts: 2, cooked and shredded
- Pesto: 1/2 cup
- Heavy cream: 1 cup
- Grated Parmesan cheese: 1/2 cup, plus more for topping
- Mozzarella cheese: 1 cup, shredded
- Salt and pepper: To taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain.
- In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta, shredded chicken, pesto, heavy cream, and Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
- Pour pasta mixture into a baking dish.
- Top with mozzarella cheese and extra Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let it cool slightly before serving.
