Ingredients

  • Chicken breasts: 2, cooked and shredded
  • Pesto: 1/2 cup
  • Heavy cream: 1 cup
  • Grated Parmesan cheese: 1/2 cup, plus more for topping
  • Mozzarella cheese: 1 cup, shredded
  • Salt and pepper: To taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain.
  3. In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta, shredded chicken, pesto, heavy cream, and Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
