Description

This crockpot ravioli lasagna is the easiest cheesy comfort food you’ll ever make! It’s perfect for a weeknight family dinner or a potluck.


Ingredients

  • 1 (25 ounce) package frozen cheese ravioli
  • 1 (24 ounce) jar of your favorite marinara sauce
  • 1 (15 ounce) container ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Italian seasoning to taste

Instructions

  1. Spray your crockpot with cooking spray.
  2. Pour a layer of marinara sauce into the bottom of the crockpot.
  3. Layer half of the ravioli over the sauce.
  4. Spoon dollops of ricotta cheese over the ravioli.
  5. Sprinkle with half of the Parmesan cheese and a pinch of Italian seasoning.
  6. Pour half of the remaining marinara sauce over the ravioli.
  7. Top with half of the mozzarella cheese.
  8. Repeat layers: ravioli, ricotta, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, marinara, and mozzarella.
  9. Cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours or on high for 1.5-2 hours, or until the ravioli is tender and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  10. Let stand for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

  • You can add cooked ground beef or Italian sausage for extra protein.
  • Feel free to use different types of cheese.
  • For a spicier dish, add a pinch of red pepper flakes.
