Description
This crockpot ravioli lasagna is the easiest cheesy comfort food you’ll ever make! It’s perfect for a weeknight family dinner or a potluck.
Ingredients

- 1 (25 ounce) package frozen cheese ravioli
- 1 (24 ounce) jar of your favorite marinara sauce
- 1 (15 ounce) container ricotta cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- Italian seasoning to taste
Instructions
- Spray your crockpot with cooking spray.
- Pour a layer of marinara sauce into the bottom of the crockpot.
- Layer half of the ravioli over the sauce.
- Spoon dollops of ricotta cheese over the ravioli.
- Sprinkle with half of the Parmesan cheese and a pinch of Italian seasoning.
- Pour half of the remaining marinara sauce over the ravioli.
- Top with half of the mozzarella cheese.
- Repeat layers: ravioli, ricotta, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, marinara, and mozzarella.
- Cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours or on high for 1.5-2 hours, or until the ravioli is tender and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let stand for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- You can add cooked ground beef or Italian sausage for extra protein.
- Feel free to use different types of cheese.
- For a spicier dish, add a pinch of red pepper flakes.
- Serve with a side salad and garlic bread.
