Description

A simple and delicious casserole inspired by Dolly Parton, made with just five ingredients.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Brown the ground beef in a skillet. Drain any grease.
  3. In a bowl, mix the cooked ground beef, cream of mushroom soup, cooked rice, and frozen mixed vegetables.
  4. Pour the mixture into a baking dish.
  5. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
