A simple and delicious casserole inspired by Dolly Parton, made with just five ingredients.

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet. Drain any grease.
- In a bowl, mix the cooked ground beef, cream of mushroom soup, cooked rice, and frozen mixed vegetables.
- Pour the mixture into a baking dish.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Notes
- You can substitute cream of chicken soup for cream of mushroom soup.
- Feel free to add other vegetables you enjoy.
- Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
