Ingredients

- 8 ounces ladyfingers
- 1 cup strong brewed Earl Grey tea, cooled
- 4 large eggs, separated
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 pound mascarpone cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- Cocoa powder, for dusting
Instructions
- Brew Earl Grey tea and let it cool.
- Dip ladyfingers in tea and arrange in a dish.
- In a bowl, whisk egg yolks and sugar until pale.
- Gently fold in mascarpone cheese.
- In another bowl, whip egg whites until stiff peaks form.
- Fold egg whites into the mascarpone mixture.
- Whip heavy cream until stiff peaks.
- Gently fold whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture.
- Layer the mascarpone cream over the ladyfingers.
- Dust with cocoa powder.
- Chill for at least 4 hours.
Notes
- You can add a splash of vanilla extract for extra flavor.
- For a stronger tea flavor, use more tea.
- Garnish with extra cocoa powder or chocolate shavings.
