Simple recipe for ground beef and broccoli.
Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 head broccoli, cut into florets
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- Cooked rice, for serving
Instructions
- Brown ground beef in a pan. Drain excess fat.
- Add garlic and ginger. Cook for a minute.
- Add broccoli. Cook until tender-crisp.
- In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, water, and cornstarch.
- Pour sauce over beef and broccoli. Cook until sauce thickens.
- Serve over rice.

- Adjust soy sauce to your taste.
- Add red pepper flakes for spice.
- Use frozen broccoli for convenience.
