Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 2 cups broccoli florets, steamed
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup cream of mushroom soup (low-carb)
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Combine chicken, broccoli, cheese, soup, and sour cream in a bowl.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Pour mixture into a baking dish.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until heated through and cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let it cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- You can add other vegetables you like.
- Use different cheese for variety.
- Make sure your cream of mushroom soup is low-carb.
