- Flavor 1: 1/4 cup pesto, 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- Flavor 2: 2 tablespoons cream cheese, softened, 1 tablespoon finely chopped chives
- Flavor 3: 2 tablespoons fig jam, 1 tablespoon crumbled goat cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

- For Flavor 3: Spread fig jam evenly over the puff pastry, leaving a small border. Sprinkle goat cheese over the jam.
- Starting from one of the long sides, tightly roll up the puff pastry into a log.
- Brush the top of the log with the beaten egg wash.
- Using a sharp knife, slice the log into 1/2-inch thick pinwheels.
- Place the pinwheels on the prepared baking sheet, leaving some space between them.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed up.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- You can prepare the logs ahead of time and refrigerate them before slicing and baking.
- Experiment with different fillings like tapenade, sun-dried tomatoes, or caramelized onions.
- Ensure your puff pastry is fully thawed but still cold for best results.
