- 1 loaf of Rhodes frozen bread dough
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Let the frozen bread dough thaw and rise according to package directions.
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Grease a bundt pan or a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Cut the risen dough into bite-sized pieces.
- Dip each piece of dough into the garlic butter mixture, ensuring it’s well coated.
- Place the coated dough pieces into the prepared pan.
- Sprinkle the mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses evenly over the dough.
- Cover the pan loosely with plastic wrap and let it rest for 15 minutes.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the butter mixture.
- You can substitute other cheeses like cheddar or provolone.
