Ingredients
- Chicken thighs: 6
- Mushrooms: 1 pound
- Garlic: 4 cloves
- Olive oil: 2 tablespoons
- Butter: 2 tablespoons
- Chicken broth: 1/2 cup
- Salt: To taste
- Pepper: To taste
- Fresh parsley: For garnish
Instructions
- Season chicken thighs with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet.
- Sear chicken thighs until golden. Remove and set aside.
- Add butter and mushrooms to the skillet. Cook until softened.
- Add minced garlic. Cook briefly.
- Pour in chicken broth.
- Return chicken thighs to the skillet.
- Simmer until chicken is cooked through.
- Garnish with parsley.
- Serve hot.
