  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup chicken broth

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. Rinse turkey and pat dry.
  3. Rub turkey with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  4. Place onion, carrots, celery, and garlic in roasting pan.
  5. Place turkey on top of vegetables.
  6. Pour chicken broth into the pan.
  7. Roast for 3-4 hours, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  8. Let rest for 15 minutes before carving.
