Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain, reserving 1/2 cup pasta water.
- While pasta cooks, heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add broccoli and cook until tender-crisp, about 5 minutes.
- Add shredded rotisserie chicken to the skillet and cook until heated through, about 3 minutes.
- Stir in cooked pasta, Parmesan cheese, Greek yogurt, and garlic powder.
- Add reserved pasta water as needed to create a creamy sauce.
- Season with salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
