Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 (15 ounce) can green beans, drained
- 1 (15 ounce) can corn, drained
- 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Brown ground beef in a skillet. Drain any grease.
- Add onion and garlic; cook until softened.
- Stir in green beans, corn, soup, and milk. Season with salt and pepper.
- Pour mixture into a baking dish.
- Top with cheese.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20-25 minutes, or until heated through and cheese is melted.
Notes
- You can add other vegetables, such as peas or carrots.
- Use any type of cheese you prefer.
- Serve hot.
