Ingredients

  • Chicken breasts: 2 (boneless, skinless)
  • Honey: 1/4 cup
  • BBQ sauce: 1/2 cup
  • Soy sauce: 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic: 2 cloves (minced)
  • Olive oil: 1 tablespoon
  • Cooked rice: 2 cups
  • Salt and pepper: to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix honey, BBQ sauce, soy sauce, and minced garlic.
  3. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken for 2-3 minutes per side.
