Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- Cooked rice for serving
- Chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Brown ground beef in a skillet. Drain any excess grease.
- Add onion and cook until softened.
- Stir in garlic, soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes (if using).
- Simmer for 5 minutes, or until sauce thickens.
- Serve over cooked rice.
- Garnish with green onions.
