Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 4 large eggs
- 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon lemon zest
- 1/4 cup fresh raspberries
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Whisk together flour, butter, powdered sugar, and salt.
- Press into a baking dish.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
- Whisk eggs, sugar, lemon juice, and zest.
- Pour over the crust.
- Top with raspberries.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes.
- Let cool completely.
- Cut into bars.

- Use fresh, ripe raspberries.
- Sift powdered sugar for topping.
- Chill before serving.
