Description
Make-Ahead Slow Cooker Beef is perfect for meal prepping. Reheat and enjoy throughout the week.
Ingredients

- 2–3 lbs Beef chuck roast
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 carrots, chopped
- 2 celery stalks, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Season beef with salt and pepper.
- Place onion, carrots, and celery in slow cooker.
- Place beef on top of vegetables.
- Add garlic, beef broth, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, thyme, and rosemary.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, or until beef is tender.
- Shred the beef with two forks.
- Serve or store for later use.

- This recipe is great for meal prepping.
- Store cooked beef in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
- Freeze cooked beef for longer storage.
