Description

Make-Ahead Slow Cooker Beef is perfect for meal prepping. Reheat and enjoy throughout the week.


Ingredients

  • 23 lbs Beef chuck roast
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 2 carrots, chopped
  • 2 celery stalks, chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp dried rosemary
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Season beef with salt and pepper.
  2. Place onion, carrots, and celery in slow cooker.
  3. Place beef on top of vegetables.
  4. Add garlic, beef broth, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, thyme, and rosemary.
  5. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, or until beef is tender.
  6. Shred the beef with two forks.
  7. Serve or store for later use.
