Ingredients

Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the chickpeas, diced cucumber, sliced red onion, crumbled feta cheese, chopped parsley, and chopped mint.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, fresh lemon juice, minced garlic, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the salad ingredients.
- Toss gently to coat everything evenly.
- Serve immediately or chill for later.
