Description

A flavorful Mediterranean-inspired egg bake with fresh herbs.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh herbs (parsley, dill, oregano)
  • 1/4 cup chopped red onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped bell pepper
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  3. Sauté onion and bell pepper in olive oil.
  4. Add herbs and feta to the egg mixture.
  5. Pour egg mixture into a greased baking dish.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until set.
  7. Let cool slightly before serving.
