- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- 1/4 cup water
- 8 ounces rice noodles
- Green onions, sliced (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook rice noodles according to package directions.
- Brown ground beef in a pan with oil. Drain any excess grease.
- In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, and water.
- Pour sauce over the beef and simmer until thickened.
- Add cooked noodles to the sauce and toss to combine.
- Garnish with green onions.
