Ingredients

- 1 cup milk
- 1 ripe banana, mashed
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- Optional toppings: berries, nuts, seeds, maple syrup
Instructions
- Combine oats, milk, mashed banana, egg, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
- Mix well and let it sit for at least 30 minutes, or overnight in the refrigerator.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a muffin tin.
- Pour batter into muffin cups.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly.
