- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon gochujang (Korean chili paste), optional
- Cooked rice, for serving
- Green onions, chopped, for garnish
- Sesame seeds, for garnish
Instructions
- Brown ground beef in a skillet. Drain any excess fat.
- Add onion and garlic. Cook until softened.
- Stir in soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, rice vinegar, and gochujang (if using).
- Simmer for 5 minutes, allowing flavors to meld.
- Serve over cooked rice.
- Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.

- Adjust gochujang to your spice preference.
- Serve with your favorite toppings like kimchi or a fried egg.
- For a spicier dish, add more gochujang.
