Description
Thick cauliflower steaks roasted with garlic and Parmesan cheese. A simple and flavorful side dish.

- 1 large head of cauliflower
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut the cauliflower head into four thick ‘steaks’ from the center.
- In a small bowl, mix olive oil and minced garlic.
- Brush the cauliflower steaks with the garlic oil on both sides.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Place the steaks on a baking sheet.
- Roast for 15 minutes.
- Flip the steaks and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Roast for another 10-15 minutes, or until tender and golden brown.
Notes
- If cauliflower steaks break, you can roast the florets alongside the steaks.
- Adjust garlic and Parmesan to your preference.
