- Chicken tenders: 1.5 lbs
- Egg noodles: 8 oz
- Butter: 4 tbsp, divided
- Chicken broth: 1 cup
- Onion: 1, chopped
- Garlic: 2 cloves, minced
- Italian seasoning: 1 tsp
- Salt and pepper: to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Melt 2 tbsp butter in a large oven-safe skillet.
- Add onion and cook until softened. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
- Season chicken tenders with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Place chicken in the skillet.
- Pour in chicken broth.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
- Add egg noodles and remaining butter to the skillet.
- Stir to combine.
- Bake for another 10-15 minutes, or until noodles are cooked and chicken is done.
- Serve immediately.
