  • Butter: 4 tbsp
  • Chicken broth: 1 cup
  • Onion: 1, chopped
  • Garlic: 2 cloves, minced
  • Salt and pepper: to taste
  • Italian seasoning: 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season chicken with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  3. Melt 2 tbsp butter in a large oven-safe skillet.
  4. Add onion and cook until softened. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
  5. Place chicken in the skillet.
  6. Pour in chicken broth.
  7. Add egg noodles to the skillet.
  8. Dot with remaining butter.
  9. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until chicken is cooked and noodles are tender.
