Ingredients

- Chicken tenders: 1.5 lbs
- Egg noodles: 8 oz
- Butter: 4 tbsp
- Chicken broth: 1 cup
- Onion: 1, chopped
- Garlic: 2 cloves, minced
- Salt and pepper: to taste
- Italian seasoning: 1 tsp
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Season chicken with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Melt 2 tbsp butter in a large oven-safe skillet.
- Add onion and cook until softened. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
- Place chicken in the skillet.
- Pour in chicken broth.
- Add egg noodles to the skillet.
- Dot with remaining butter.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until chicken is cooked and noodles are tender.

- You can substitute chicken breasts or thighs.
- Add vegetables like broccoli or carrots.
