Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
- Add onion, garlic, diced tomatoes, chicken broth, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, or until chicken is cooked through.
- Shred the chicken with two forks.
- Serve over cooked pasta or rice, if desired.
