- 1 (15 ounce) can diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 cup chicken broth
- Optional toppings: shredded cheese, sour cream, avocado, salsa
Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
- Add onion, bell pepper, diced tomatoes, taco seasoning, and chicken broth.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- Shred the chicken with two forks.
- Serve with your favorite toppings.
