Ingredients
- Chicken breast (1 lb)
- Sweet chili sauce (1/2 cup)
- Soy sauce (2 tbsp)
- Rice (2 cups, cooked)
- Broccoli florets (1 cup)
- Carrots (1/2 cup, sliced)
- Green onions (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook rice according to package directions.
- Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces.
- Stir-fry chicken until cooked.
- Add sweet chili sauce and soy sauce. Cook until sauce thickens.
- Steam broccoli and carrots.
- Assemble bowls with rice, chicken, and vegetables.
- Garnish with green onions.

- You can substitute chicken with tofu.
- Adjust the amount of sweet chili sauce to your preference.
