- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 (15 ounce) can tomato sauce
- 3 cups beef broth
- 2 cups shell pasta
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Toppings: sour cream, salsa, etc.
Instructions
- Brown ground beef and onion in a pot. Drain fat.
- Add taco seasoning, tomato sauce, and beef broth.
- Stir in pasta.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until pasta is cooked (about 15-20 minutes).
- Stir in cheese until melted.
- Serve with your favorite toppings.
Notes
- Adjust spice level by using mild, medium, or hot taco seasoning.
- Add other vegetables like bell peppers.
- Use different types of cheese.
