Classic deviled eggs, perfect for Thanksgiving gatherings. Easy to make and always a crowd-pleaser.
Ingredients

- 12 large eggs
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon white vinegar
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
- Paprika, for garnish
Instructions
- Place eggs in a saucepan and cover with cold water.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Drain and rinse eggs with cold water.
- Peel eggs and slice in half lengthwise.
- Remove yolks and place in a bowl.
- Mash yolks with mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and white vinegar.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Spoon or pipe yolk mixture back into egg white halves.
- Garnish with paprika.
Notes
- For firmer egg whites, do not overcook.
- Adjust mustard and vinegar to your preference.
- Chilled deviled eggs are best served cold.
