- 1.5 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 (1 ounce) packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1 (10.5 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 8 ounces cream cheese, cubed
- 1/4 cup milk
Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in the bottom of your slow cooker.
- Sprinkle the ranch seasoning mix evenly over the chicken.
- Pour the condensed cream of chicken soup over the chicken and seasoning.
- Add the cubed cream cheese on top.
- Pour the milk around the edges of the slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until chicken is cooked through and tender.
- Shred the chicken with two forks directly in the slow cooker, or remove and shred, then return to the sauce.
- Stir to combine the shredded chicken with the creamy sauce.
- Serve hot over rice, pasta, or mashed potatoes.
